We meet weekly via Google Meet for 12 live strategy calls across three months.

Each call is dedicated to real business decisions, including:

positioning, offers, monetisation, content (where relevant), next strategic steps

Every question follows a clear format:

1. You state the decision or problem

2. You share what you’ve already considered

3. I give direct input, strategic context, and a clear recommendation

No rambling.
